Shipping Times and Where Do Our Items Ship From?

  • USA - These items say US Shipping and US Sizing in the listing. Shipping time is 10-14 Business Days from ship date.

Processing and Shipping 

  • Chasin' Wild has a PROCESSING and SHIPPING time. Please pay attention to this!
  • Processing and shipping is done on BUSINESS DAYS only. This is Monday-Friday. These are days when the banks and postal service/couriers are open. Holidays are not business days. Weekends are not business days. 
  • Processing is usually just 2-3 days for your payment to go through your bank to ours. This is our Chasin' Wild processing time ONLY. 
  • Processing may take longer if you purchase on a weekend or around a holiday. We do not proceed with your order until all funds are cleared in our bank. Chasin' Wild is NOT RESPONSIBLE for how long it takes your bank to transfer funds to ours. 
  • Processing times for suppliers is undetermined. We are only told their shipping time frames. Shipping times start when items are shipped, NOT ordered. Please remember this when you order. 
  • Shipping may also take longer if your purchase on a weekend or around a holiday. We do NOT do ordering on the weekends or on holidays. We cannot, or our suppliers, ship items on weekends or holidays when the post office is closed. 
  • Just like any other business, Chasin' Wild will be closed on the weekend and on holidays. This includes answering emails about orders. 
  • IF you have items that come from overseas, shipping may take longer since orders need to go through Customs. Chasin' Wild is NOT RESPONSIBLE for how long that takes.  
  • Please remain patient with delivery times. 
  • Back orders may cause delivery delays. This may extend our suppliers' processing time before shipping. Chasin' Wild is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the time it takes to get a back order. We cannot control a supplier's inventory. 

Separate Packages

  • Items may come in separate packages from different warehouse locations. We have inventory in different areas around the world. 
  • Chasin' Wild is located in Tennessee but has inventory in other states in the United States and in other countries. 
  • You may have multiple tracking numbers if you order more than one item and they come from different warehouses. 

 Delivery Options

  • USA - Shipping cost is determined by final price of order. $0-25=$0, $25-50=$4, $50-75=$6, $75-100=$8, and $100 and up=$10. 
  • Out of USA - $10

Tracking and Delivery

  • The post office is responsible for updating tracking numbers, NOT Chasin' Wild.
  • Updating tracking numbers means the post office/couriers scans a package at different locations or check points during delivery. This will ALWAYS include shipped and delivered. There will also be points that are scanned say if an item goes through customs or enters different post offices. 
  • Tracking numbers will be sent to the email you give us when, and if, available to us. 
  • If you give us a wrong email or fake email, you will not receive update notifications on your order. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for you giving incorrect information. 
  • Chasin' Wild is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the post office/couriers updating and scanning packages to keep up with tracking. 
  • Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges are NOT given just because tracking numbers are not updated or the postal service/courier does not scan and update. 
  • Chasin' Wild is NOT RESPONSIBLE for you being home to receive a package. Please put a note on your door if you are expecting a package. The post office/couriers will only come by 2-3 times before sending a package back to supplier. Some packages require signatures. 
  • Chasin' Wild is NOT RESPONSIBLE for you not getting a package if you move. We cannot change where an item goes to after it has been shipped. You would have to. You must also change your address through the post office. Please contact us if you have a change. When it gets sent back to the supplier, we will then have your new address to give them. 
  • Chasin' Wild is NOT RESPONSIBLE if your item is stolen out of your mailbox or off your porch where it is left. It is our responsibility to get the package shipped to you, NOT secure your mail. 
  • Please wait 30 BUSINESS DAYS from the shipping date before you contact us about an item not being delivered. Our policies clearly state 10-30 business days shipping for an order. We will not consider a refund until after 30 business days after being shipped is up. NOT FROM YOUR ORDER DATE. 
  • Please track USPS at  https://m.usps.com/m/TrackConfirmAction .
  • If you order an item that comes from overseas, the delivery method is usually ePacket or DHL. When your package enters the United States, the method changes to USPS. Tracking may not update from country to country. Again, Chasin' Wild is NOT RESPONSIBLE for updating tracking. 
  • If you order an item from the United States, we may use USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Please track with the correct courier method that we send you.  

 Holidays

  • Chasin' Wild closes for holidays. During this time, we will not be working on orders. 
  • During the holidays, processing and shipping may take longer. Chasin' Wild does not guarantee delivery times. There may be delays during the holidays. 
  • Holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas - This is a demanding time of year. We are super busy and processing, shipping, and tracking may be delayed. Updating information to orders may also be delayed. There are no guarantees that items will be there by a certain date. 

 

Chasin' Wild is NOT RESPONSIBLE for:

  • You not reading our shipping policies because there is a link to these policies on every item listing, every page under Customer Service, and there is a checkbox at checkout you must agree to before purchasing.
